LuckLand Sports Betting Review (2024)

LuckLand is one of the latest casino ꦛsites that have ventured into sports betting, opening their official sportsbook in 2022. However, is it as good as their famous casino? Find out all you need to know in my extensive LuckLand review.

When reviewing LuckLand I created🔥 my own account, deposited real funds, and made a selection of bets to be able to generally experience the site as a punter.

On a more personal not✅e, I’m a huge fan of many sports, so I made sure to test to see if they offer competitive odds, and in-depth꧟ markets. I also love a promotion, so, I kept an eye on those too!

When looking at how others found LuckLand to be, I came across a 2.0 score on Trustpilot, with many pu🌟nters complaining about long withdrawal times and generally calling the site a scam. This low score is typical for betting sites on Trustpilot, though, so take it with a pinch of salt.

When digging into L🐲uckLand’s past, I discovered a sanction they received in November 2022 for breaching the UK Gambling Commission's anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations (LC 12.1.1). This has since been settled, however, and extra measures have been put in place to ensure it won’t happen again.

LuckLand’s registration process is one of the simplest ones I’ve filled out, with only two pages to go🃏 through. It’s straightforward to complete, and it immediately directs you towards making your first deposit.

Step 1: Click ‘Join'

It all starts with a click. Once you enter the LuckLand site, you’ll be able to begin the registration process by clicking on the ‘Join’ button on the top rꦗight of your screen. A pop-up will appear in the centre, and you’ll need to input some b🍷asic info:

Before selecting ♌‘Open Account’ you will need to choose whether or not you would like to receive bonus information, and lastly, 🐽read and accept the terms, the privacy and cookie policy, and verify that you are 18+.

Step 3: Verification

Once your account is created, you’ll n꧟eed to verify your info.

Next, you’💞ll be required to add two forms of identification, namely your address and proof of identity. This pop-up will appear at the top of your screen.

At this stage, you’ll need to provi🎶de one piece of identification for each section – there are a few options for docum♐ent which you can give in.

Once you select your documents, click ‘Upload’ and you should be all set.

The documents will b𒀰e processed in about a minute, and once they are, you can officially start depositing, betting and withdrawing winnings.

How To Deposit Funds To LuckLand

Step 1: Initiating your deposit

To get the process started, click on the ‘Cashier’ button in your account, and head on to ‘Deposit’.

The £25 token 🃏shouldn’t take longer than a few hours to appear in your accou💯nt.

How To Place a Bet

Placing a bet on LuckLa🀅nd is straightforward and can be done without any fuss.

You’ll just need to select what you’d lik💝e to bet on, and your betslip will pop up at the bottom of your screen.

In the example below, I placed a £10 bet on Chelsea and Arsenal to beat Luton Town and Fulham. Something I really liked was that I could switch between singles, accas,ܫ and system bets.

Withdrawing Funds from LuckLand

Step 1: Open the Cashier

The LuckLand withdrawal process starts off the same way as when you deposit – by clicking the ‘Cashier’ button. From there you need to select the option to withdraw your winnings.

Step 2: Select your Withdrawal Method

From a dropdown list, you’ll need to select the same method as the one you chose to deposit with. This is because 🧜LuckLand follow a Closed Loop Policy like many other bookies do.

Fill in the details of that method and click ‘Cash Out Request’.

Step 3: Receive Your Funds

All that’s left now is to wait. Different methods vary in time. If a day more than what we have indicated has passed and you still haven’t received 💎your funds, make sure to contact customer s🎀upport to sort out any issues.

🌠 LuckLand’s sportsbook is still in its infancy, so it's🌞 unsurprising that there aren't many promotions on offer at the moment.

If you head over to the site’s promotions page, you’ll be met by three promotions: the welcome offer (which I’ve already discussed), the ‘Control Your Bet and Cash Out’ feature, and finally, a the ‘Build It With Bet Builder’ option.

In realit꧋y, cash outs and bet builders are pretty common amongst the biggest and 🌺best UK bookmakers, but it’s always good to see them offered.

And if LuckLand’s casino promotions are anything to go by, the sportsbook sho♊uld be set to improve over time.

LuckLand VIP

Currently, LuckLand do not offer any VIP services in UK, which is a shame, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker for most. On the plus side, the customer service꧂ was extremely quick and only took a minute to answer my questions, so their overall service with customers is great.

LuckLand Loyalty Programme

It’s a similar story for a loyalty programme, in that there isn’t one. Funni🔴ly enough, they did offer a scheme prior to opening the sportsܫbook, but this had to be stopped due to unforeseen circumstances.

The site is still finding its footing within the world of sports betting, and we’re sure that eventually they will fix the issues they have♕ faced in the past.

Sports

LuckLand have proved that they can compete with the big boys, offering 35 different sports to bet on. Besides the obvious classics, LuckLand feature pesapallo, stock car racing, and badminton, to name but a few.

The same can be said for the depth in markets on the biggest events, rivalling many of the established operators in many sports. Football in particular has some brillia💝nt markets.

LuckLand’s margins aren’t the best we’ve seen, but they’re definitely far from the worst with an average of a 6% on most events.

Moreover, the maximum stake you can bet is a very generous £10,000,000.

It’s a similar story for outright markets, which offer formidable depth and range with reasonably decent odds. Having said that, if you’re looking to bet on specials, you’re out of luck, as the only one available at th🐟e time of writin🤡g is for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year.

Esports

LuckLand offer 11 different games to bet on, including classics like Dota 2, C🔥S:GO, and Overwatch, as well as more niche titles such as VALORANT, Kings of Glory, and StarCraft.

Each option offers many events and games to bet on, w൩ith decent markets in most cases. Overall, the quality is pretty good; t🌃he only drawback is the relatively high 8% betting margin. The maximum stake is again a whopping £10 million.

Finally, they offer outright mark♊ets as well livestreaming on the biggest events, the latter of which is great for in-play betting.

Other Specials

LuckLand’s specials section is quite extensive with four categories to delve into: politics, music, sports, and entertainment. Each area offers a number of events and markets, and these may va🌸ry depending on upcoming events.

Cash Out & Bet Builder

A relatively recent inclusion to the site, LuckLand offer both cash outs and bet builders. Each have their owওn set of terms and conditions, and we’ve already mentioned them in the promotions section, but here’s a quick rundown.

Cash outs

LuckLand’s cash out feature is relatively standard and is offered on five sports: football, tennis, basket⛄ball, cricket, and volleyball. Of course, it may not be available on every match.

Importantly, LuckLand imposes a minimum stake of £0.10 at odds of ♚at least 1/10 for this feature. If you go below either of these 🌞criteria, however unlikely that may be, your bet won’t be eligible for cash outs.

Bet Builder

A bet builder is a perfect way to crea꧃te some high-odds bets without betting on unlikely eve♍nts.

At LuckLand you can make bet builders on 10 different sports, namely football, tennis, Australian rules football, American football, baseball, basketball, cricket, ice hockey, Rugby League ♊and Rugby Union.

You can even take it a step further, combining bet builders together to make a Combo Bet. Of course, the mor♕e legs you add to a builder, the riskier it is, so make sure to find some balance to get the best valu🀅e out of your bet. There’s no opt-in required, so you can just make your bets how you normally would. Here are a few more things to keep in mind:

In-play beꦇtting is one of the biggest parts of online betting, and LuckLand do a good job of ensuring you can enjoy betting live on their site. Live bets are offered on virtually every sport and esport you can imagine, and there are a great range of betting options to🐭 choose from.

Their market o💙ptions are brilliant, and even for a game in the Cambodia Cup, as seen above, there are over 30 markets. This number rises well over the hundreds f💜or major sporting events. A with pre-match bets, the maximum stake is £10 million and there’s an 8% average bet margin.

LuckLand do offer some livestreaming options,✃ but this is mostly for esports. To check whether an event is available for streaming, look for a green play button next to the scoreline.

Live Chat Services

One of LuckLand’s highlights is their ability to help out customers. Their live chat option in particular is extremely fast and informative.

They were quick to answ🦋er my queries and provide support when needed. It’s important to note that the live chat is available between 7:00am to 11:00pm seven days a week.

Email Services

It’s a similar story for their email service. It’s surprisingly quick and there was little back-and-forth𝔍. All they asked was to verif𝄹y some details before answering any questions, but my queries were answered in about 20 minutes.

As soon as you enter the site, you’ll instantly be bombarded with in-play betting options. It’s a massive chunk of the site’s front page and it looks a bit 🌼cluttered. Although, if you love a cheeky live bet, you might like having everything available immediately.

On either side, you have the standard li𝄹st of sports on the left, and your betslip on the right.

What I found particularly helpful were the Promotions and Help bars on the top-le👍ft, and the ‘Account’ tab on the top-right.

I found the loading speed of the site to be slightly inconsistent. While it was generally qu♈ick, there were instances where it lagged, particularly when it came to opening pop-up features like the FAQ section.

Mobile Site

If you don't want to download the app (or you own an Android), not to worry – the mobile friendly browser is an excellent alternative, and it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys betting on the go.

When compared to its desktop counterpart, the mobile version is just as in-depth. Interestingly, I found the latter to be much more user-friendly, with a clear, uncluttered layout that does not compromise on quality nor the amount of betting options av🥃ailable.

LuckLand Mobile App

The LuckLand app is renowned to be one of the best of its kind on the market, with its casino produ�ꦕ�ct a particular standout.

The app is available on the App Store, and is compatible on iPhones, iPads, and iPods (if you still own one) as long as their system is iOS 11.0 or a later version. It also boasts a 4.6 rating on the Apple store.
